Ban for no reason

Hello,

I was recently banned from the server for alleged cheating. I want to clarify that I have never used cheats.
I was simply asking for a clear explanation of the ban. I am willing to cooperate fully to resolve any misunderstanding, but my tickets were ignored or closed immediately.
I also want to warn other players: be careful with the time you invest in this game. You could be banned randomly, and there is no way to communicate or appeal, the staff may block you everywhere.

No, trust me, 5 days have passed, they don’t reply on Discord and they gave me a time-out for creating 2 tickets. On Instagram they do answer, but the only thing they say is that they confirm the ban without giving any chance to discuss or better understand what caused it. Trust me, chilling here is useless.
